How we process the data you send us through this website.

What data we collect
When you fill in the quote request form, we collect the data you enter: first name, last name, company, email, phone, installation location, requested delivery date, notes and selected models. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data needed to reply to you.
Why we process it
Solely to respond to your request and prepare our offer (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for newsletters or profiling and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
Who else processes it
- Formspree, the service that delivers the form to our email inbox, acting as data processor.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, the anti-bot check on the quote form: to tell a person from an automated program it processes your IP address and some technical characteristics of your browser, without profiling cookies and not for advertising. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form from automated submissions and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Google Fonts, from which the site loads its fonts: your browser shares your IP address with Google to download them.
- WhatsApp, only if you choose to contact us through that channel.
For how long
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request and any business relationship, and then for the periods required by law.
Cookies and browser storage
The website does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools. It uses the browser’s local storage (localStorage) only to remember the models you add to your quote request; you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to info@evoelectric.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
